Pain after birth… getting rid of it, alone.


First, let's be clear, I’ve never given birth. However, I’ve helped a lot of women who’ve had plenty of pain in their bodies from birth. One of the easiest ways to get rid of pain is self-administered. Grab a coke can, bottle, or whatever round-bottomed thing you have handy. Lay on your back on the floor or couch. Hold the bottle with both hands and put it on the area that hurts the most. Now twist the bottom of the bottle, while it’s on your skin either clockwise or counterclockwise. You should have the bottom pushed in on your skin so that it grabs your tissue and the tissue twists with the bottle. Now hold the twist in the bottle and hold that twist in the skin for a couple of minutes. If you do this right you’ll get rid of tons of pain. So wherever you put the bottom of the bottle, twist and hold, you’ll get rid of the pain in that area. You can also change the angle of the bottle, to change where you get rid of the pain.
